Believe you Can and Anything Can happen and does

3 Years ago today I did a fire walk - an amazing memory all I remember is water and encouraging a lady - her 14 year old daughter had done it and she thought she could never follow on.

I buddied up with her and encouraged her all the way, funny, I had no time to feel nervous myself. I enjoyed the whole experience and wished I could do it again as soon as I had finished it.

If you can walk on fire you can do anything thing is you have to remind yourself each day that this is possible and that is the hard bit. Every day tell yourself you can do anything and believe you can.

Zig Ziggler said "Motivation is like a shower you need to take it every day".

So go ahead motivate yourself each day believe you can and anything can happen.

Know your needs and communicate with confidence

People do not mind read ask for what you want - or even better listen to them and find how you can help. Listening is the most powerful tool - everyone likes a good listener.

Know your skills do not sell yourself short in business or personal issues.
