Coaching/Mentoring/Training covering all lives experiences and helping people get through. We all have the strength sometimes we just need a friend to hold our hand.
If we all had coaching skills (and I believe we all have) adn we all reached out to each other and helped where we could what a fantastic place the world would be.
Sounds like religion I know but it could be a way of life the I would be out of a job - until then I will continue to help where I can and enjoy my work and my life.
